Reset: New Goal ... 180 pounds by May 1

I missed a week, which then turned into 6 months ... and boy did I pay for it.

I topped off at 210 pounds before October. Then, after some tough times in my family from October til New Year's, I dropped down to 190. Now, I'm back at 200, and must get myself back to a healthy state.

I've figured out two of my biggest faults when attempting the P90X program was:

Self motivation to arrange my schedule around my workouts ... this didn't happen
Portion control, in addition to not eating healthy foods

Things are going to be tough the first month, as I've started the diet before the workouts, and, this is not fun ... or easy.

I guess you could say this is my baby-step P90X program ...
